Executive- Talent Acquisition

Job description:

  • Will be involved in full life cycle of recruitment (screening to closure)
  • To actively identify, engage and do follow ups with candidates to ensure that right talent is hired for the right role
  • Responsible for maintaining candidate database and filling the requirements as per the deadlines
  • Coordinating with the internal stake holders to ensure smooth completion of the entire recruitment process
  • Drafting emails and other required documents, to be shared with the candidates and doing constant follow-ups with them
  • Creating job descriptions if required

Required candidate profile:

  • Proven work experience with 2-4 years as a Technical Recruiter in IT domain
  • Must be capable of maintaining a high level of productivity in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening)
  • Proven experience in pay negotiation
  • Strong networking & relationship building capabilities.
